This Privacy Policy explains how Tyrex Resources LLC ("Tyrex", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit tyrexresources.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact or quote form we collect the details you enter, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, whether you are a business or residential customer, business name, city, state, tire volume, pickup frequency and your message. When you apply for a job we collect the information and documents you submit with your application.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on the Site, the referring website, browser and device type, and approximate location based on IP address.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the results of our advertising. These services use cookies and collect information about your use of the Site. Google's use of this information is governed by Google's privacy policy. You can learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings.
Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business and the Site (for example, website hosting, form processing, analytics and our customer management system), when required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
The Site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have given us by contacting us using the details below.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
